We are pleased to advise that Global Open Finance Limited (UK Company Registration No: 15507409) has acquired the Exclusive IP Management Rights described as Global Master Service License, Open Market Finance Services, USD Product Rights (Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas) from IQSM Limited, the terms of which completed and closed on 1 April 2024 with an initial deal value and GS-1 baseline capital attribution of US $12,637,999,987.
