Base Pay:
US $395,000 per annum
Plus role listed Region benefits and;
As a Senior Regional Asia Pacific team leader, you will share - on a fixed % basis - with no cap in region based performance bonuses. Five year - pre-paid - home loan finance will be provided - plus a two year convertible stock option plan, fixed at two times the current base salary multiple pa and convertible on a two year term.
The package is designed to return, minimum performance based remuneration of US $4-6 Mn per annum for the successful candidate with outstanding future prospects for near-term career advancement to Global C-Suite Level.

Job Description:
IQSM Limited is seeking a young, self-confident and 'digitally-switched' CMO - with at least 5+ years professional experience - and first-class leadership, delegation, and presentation skills developed in local and regional marketing operations. They will be responsible for all regional marketing operations and will manage all marketing strategies - for our proprietary business model.
We’re searching for a battle-proven, motivated, and highly ambitious candidate, successful in their current role but wanting progression and a clear and certain reward based roadmap to meet their short-term ambitions while recruiting & developing a new first-class marketing team around them, imbued with complementary work ethics, ambitions - and a "get it done now" workplace attitude.
The successful candidate will join our senior regional management team with it's unrivalled bonus distribution system and will help keep our local & regional marketing strategies, and platform distribution services, pre-positioned - for continuous growth and ongoing success.
The CMO will have a 'day-to-day' impact, on all regional marketing development strategies and plans and platform service operations helping the team to analyse, strategise, optimise and grow our global ecosystem delivery service lines and branded position. This seasoned marketing strategist will understand traditional local current-state practices and trends, and will also develop first hand experience in managing KPIs - across diverse regional markets and adapting to change 'on-the-fly' through - current and forward-looking - M&A objectives and continuous improvement in marketing operations and their delivery across Asia Pacific with the exception of the Mainland China and HK markets.
As a member of the senior regional management team, the CMO will be comfortable in a leadership role that requires demonstrative front-line experience, and clear and effective team management and communication skills.
The successful candidate will play a - mission-critical - role in implementing and re-shaping our local, regional and global marketing systems and strategies - and managing day-to-day regional marketing and business development operations, and will be rewarded accordingly with an unrivalled individual performance based bonus structure with no cap.
It will be necessary to accept and to complete an initial non-disclosure agreement - prior to detailed initial discussions, and a pre-employment review in depth. In additional - a binding 2 year non-compete agreement will need to be completed by the successful candidate that is effective immediately for a 2 year term, on completion or cessation of group employment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the end-to-end marketing/communication strategies for our newly launching entities, ensuring adherence to regulations and fair marketing practices.

Lead and manage a team of external marketing contractors, including designers, SEO specialists, and copywriters.

Shape brand voice, website content, and inbound lead strategies for new entities.

Work in-office for a minimum of 3 days a week, with the flexibility to accommodate personal circumstances.

Promote and foster communication across departments to align and execute marketing strategies.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude with the autonomy to implement changes and enhancements.
Technical Expertise and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify unique differentiators and increase market share.

Position a comprehensive marketing and GTM strategy, establishing clear unique value propositions and sustainable market positioning.

Implement and optimize marketing channels across the customer journey to improve key metrics such as awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention.

Oversee the delivery of platforms and websites with optimized SEO and CRO, structured funnels, leading to increased conversion rates and organic traffic.

Establish analytics tracking and marketing reporting dashboards, providing actionable data insights.

Lead the integration of AI tools and methodologies to streamline both local market and global based marketing operations and reduce costs.
Technical Skills:
Experience or proficiency with the following or generally similar marketing support tools would be advantageous:

Candidate Profile:

Extensive broad scale marketing experience within the Fintech and/or traditional financial service sectors, with a proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing strategies.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and manage external partnerships.

A strategic thinker with a strong ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Must have a proactive, can-do attitude, capable of independently initiating and leading projects and meeting agreed objectives.
